Date and version — Version 2.0 — updated September 6, 2026
1. Scope
Any order placed on viabilio.com implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale. They apply to individuals and legal entities in Quebec, Canada and internationally.
2. Products offered
Viabilio sells digital products giving access to the viability assessment platform, the questionnaire, the generated viability reports and the matching invoices. Démo is free, with no account and no payment: up to 10 questions and an on-screen summary, with no downloadable PDF report. Individuel is a one-time payment of CAD $29.99, plus taxes, covering a single complete evaluation of one project: 35 questions, the Viabilio Index™, the full analysis, the viability report and the invoice. It is not a subscription, there is no automatic renewal, and it does not include dashboard access, project history or multi-project management. Once the assessment is submitted and the report generated, the answers and data of that evaluation are final and can no longer be adjusted; a new Individuel evaluation must be purchased to analyse another project or scenario. Entreprise is a subscription of CAD $19.99 per month or CAD $199.90 per year, plus taxes, with no commitment: 50 questions per assessment, unlimited projects and advanced features.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes, unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the billing address. An invoice showing the pre-tax price, the applicable taxes and the total paid is issued after payment. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order.
4. Ordering and payment
Payment is made online by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Viabilio never stores card data. The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Delivery of the service and documents
Once payment is confirmed, you immediately get access to the questionnaire and the features included in your plan; the dashboard is reserved for the Entreprise subscription. The viability report is generated when you complete and submit your assessment. The invoice may be generated as soon as payment is made; the report is produced after the assessment is completed. You are responsible for keeping the access link and credentials you receive.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Subject to the mandatory rights provided by applicable laws, fees for a report already generated or a subscription period already started are generally non-refundable. Refund-eligible situations and the request procedure are detailed in the refund policy.
7. Pre-contractual information (distance selling)
Before any payment, you can review, save and print: the merchant's name (Viabilio, a business established in Quebec) and contact details (admin@viabilio.com), the description of the plan chosen, the price in Canadian dollars, the statement that taxes are extra and how they are calculated (at checkout, based on the billing address), the billing frequency (one-time for Individuel; monthly or annual for Entreprise), the length of access (a single evaluation for Individuel; the current subscription period for Entreprise), renewal terms (Entreprise renews automatically until cancelled), the cancellation procedure (from the dashboard, Subscription section), the refund policy, the terms of use and the privacy policy. These documents are available at all times from the legal centre and the footer.
8. Durable confirmation
After payment, a durable confirmation containing the order details (plan, pre-tax price, taxes, total paid, date and payment method) is sent to the email address provided; Entreprise members also find it in their dashboard, under Subscription and invoices.
9. Service availability
Viabilio strives to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control may occur.
10. Liability
Viabilio is a decision-support tool. Scores, analyses and recommendations are indicative. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting or investment advice and guarantee neither the success of the project nor access to financing. The report is not an official certification and does not guarantee that any financial institution will accept the project. Viabilio's liability is in all cases limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
