Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of the analysis reports and viability certificates offered by Viabilio. They complement the terms of use.

Dernière mise à jour : July 27, 2026

1. Scope

Any order placed on viabilio.com implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale. They apply to individuals and legal entities in Quebec, Canada and internationally.

2. Products offered

Viabilio sells digital products: a viability analysis report (guided or expert mode), a cryptographically signed viability certificate, and the matching invoice. Professional guide includes an enriched analysis and AI-generated recommendations.

3. Pricing and taxes

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on the checkout page before any order is confirmed. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order. Invoices are issued without taxes unless stated otherwise on the document.

4. Ordering and payment

Payment is made online by card through Stripe, our payment processor. Viabilio never stores card data. The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment.

5. Delivery of documents

Digital documents are available immediately after payment confirmation, as downloads from the success page and by email at the address provided. You are responsible for keeping the access link you receive.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Digital content delivered immediately is not subject to a right of withdrawal once delivered. Exceptions and the request procedure are detailed in the refund policy.

7. Service availability

Viabilio strives to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control may occur.

8. Liability

Reports are a decision-support tool. They guarantee no commercial outcome and no access to financing. Viabilio's liability is in all cases limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
