1. General principle
The analysis report, certificate and invoice are custom-generated digital content delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. Once the documents are made available, the order is deemed performed and is not refundable.
2. Before you buy
A preview of the documents and a full description of each mode are available free of charge before payment. We encourage you to review them to confirm the deliverable matches your needs.
3. Situations eligible for a refund
A full refund is granted if: payment was charged without any document being generated; a duplicate payment occurred for the same assessment; a technical failure on our side durably prevents access to your documents; or the payment results from proven fraudulent use of your payment method.
4. Situations excluded
No refund is granted for: a score or verdict you find disappointing, incomplete or incorrect data you entered, a change of mind after downloading, or a third party (lender, franchisor, agency) declining to consider the report.
5. How to request a refund
Write to admin@viabilio.com within 14 days of purchase, stating the email address used, the order date and the reason. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
6. Processing and timelines
Eligible requests are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; funds may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
7. Payment disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, please contact us: the vast majority of situations are resolved directly and far more quickly.
8. Consumer rights
This policy applies without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and other applicable laws.
