Refund policy

Payment immediately opens access to the questionnaire and the features of the plan chosen (the dashboard is reserved for Entreprise); the viability report is generated when you complete and submit your assessment. Subject to your mandatory rights, fees for a report already generated or a subscription period already started are generally non-refundable.

Démo mode (up to 10 questions, free and without an account), a report preview and a full description of each plan are available free of charge before payment. We encourage you to review them to confirm the service matches your needs.

A refund is granted if: a duplicate payment occurred for the same plan or period; payment was charged without access being opened; a major technical failure on our side durably prevents use of the service or access to your documents; the payment results from proven fraudulent use of your payment method; or a refund is required by an applicable legal obligation.

No refund is generally granted, unless mandatory rights provide otherwise, for: a score or verdict you find disappointing, incomplete or incorrect data you entered, a change of mind after the report is generated, not using the service during the paid period, or a third party (lender, franchisor, agency) declining to consider the report.

Write to admin@viabilio.com within 14 days of purchase, stating the email address used, the order date and the reason. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.

Eligible requests are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method; funds may take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Individuel (CAD $29.99, taxes extra) is a one-time payment covering a single complete evaluation, with no dashboard access: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so nothing to cancel, and the rules in sections 3 and 4 apply. Entreprise (CAD $19.99 per month or CAD $199.90 per year, taxes extra) is a no-commitment subscription that can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard, Subscription section: cancelling stops future renewals, access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, and that period is not refunded except in the cases described in section 3.

Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, please contact us: the vast majority of situations are resolved directly and far more quickly.

This policy applies without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec) and other applicable laws, including any cancellation or withdrawal right they provide. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit those rights; where there is a conflict, the applicable law prevails.
