Intellectual property and copyright

The site, its code, design, visual identity, texts, illustrations, assessment methodology and weighting models are the exclusive property of Viabilio and are protected by the Copyright Act (Canada) and international conventions.

"Viabilio", the Viabilio logo and associated distinctive elements are trademarks of Viabilio. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.

You remain the owner of the information, texts and attachments you submit. You grant Viabilio a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence strictly necessary to process your request, generate your documents and provide technical support.

Once paid for, the analysis report, viability certificate and invoice are licensed to you perpetually for personal or internal business use, including sharing them with a lender, investor, franchisor or adviser.

You may not resell the reports, distribute them publicly as a product, remove or alter Viabilio markings and signature elements, modify the content of a certificate, or use the methodology to build a competing service.

Systematic extraction of site content (scraping, harvesting, reverse engineering of the models) is prohibited without written authorization, except for indexing by search engines.

The logos and trademarks of our partners and suppliers remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for information purposes.

If you believe content published on Viabilio infringes your rights, write to us specifying the work concerned, the location of the content and your contact details. We will handle the request promptly.
