1. Nature of the analysis
Viabilio's results are generated from the answers you provide in the questionnaire, the documents you upload and public economic data. They reflect indicative modelling, not verified field truth.
2. No guarantee of outcome
A favourable score guarantees neither profitability, nor success, nor access to financing. An unfavourable score does not establish that a project will fail. The decision to invest, lease, buy or launch remains entirely yours.
3. Quality of the data you provide
The relevance of the analysis depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter. Incomplete, approximate or incorrect data will produce unrepresentative results.
4. AI-generated recommendations
Some sections are produced by artificial intelligence models. Despite our controls, such content may contain inaccuracies. It should be reviewed and validated before being used in any formal process.
5. No professional advice
Viabilio provides no legal, accounting, tax or regulated financial advice, and no accredited appraisal service. Consult a qualified professional before any decision affecting your personal or business assets.
6. Use with third parties
The viability certificate attests that the analysis was indeed performed by Viabilio on the data submitted. It is not an accreditation, a guarantee, or a commitment by any lender, investor or public body.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Viabilio cannot be held liable for direct or indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of its analyses. Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant report.
8. External sources
Some economic data comes from third-party public sources (notably the Bank of Canada and Statistics Canada). Viabilio controls neither their accuracy nor their availability.
